This is a non-commercial community Web site of a virtualization technology and terminal server enthusiast.

My name is Dr. Bernhard Tritsch, known as “Benny” to my peers. I write and update everything here.

DrTritsch.com is a landing site providing general information and leading to my other community Web sites WTStek.com (in English) and WTStek.de (in German). They provide more specific and independent information about virtualization technology and the related IT market.

Short Profile

Since 2008, I am CTO at Immidio, an independent software vendor located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My professional role is a blend of IT system architect, market analyst, author, technology evangelist and Windows system developer.

Over the last years, I have published many technical articles and several best-selling books, such as “Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services” (Microsoft Press). I am a frequent speaker at leading international events. I have received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Windows Server - Terminal Server in each year since 2004. In 2006 I was a charter award winner of the Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) and the Provision Networks Very Important Professional (VIP).

I hold an equivalent to a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University in Darmstadt (Germany) and an equivalent to an MSc in Physics from the University in Freiburg (Germany). If you want to know more about me check out my bio.
